The community in Chichester, New Hampshire, is mourning the heartbreaking loss of 27-year-old Gavyn Moore, who died following a severe motorcycle crash Sunday evening on Horse Corner Road near Garvin Hill Road.
According to the Chichester Police Department, emergency crews were dispatched around 7:30 p.m. after reports of a serious motorcycle collision. When responders arrived, they found that Moore’s motorcycle had struck a utility pole, leaving him critically injured in the roadway.
Firefighters, police officers, and EMS personnel from multiple agencies, including the Concord Fire Department and Pembroke EMS, quickly responded to provide emergency care. Authorities later confirmed that the impact caused extensive damage to the utility pole and left Moore with catastrophic injuries.
Moore was transported first to a local hospital and then transferred to a medical facility in Boston for advanced treatment. Despite extensive lifesaving efforts by medical staff, he was later declared brain dead.
